Booster club banners: how to run a fence sponsor program

Booster club banners turn local businesses into a fence line full of school pride. Here's how to set up a sponsor program that's easy to sell, easy to hang, and easy to renew.

Offer simple sponsor levels

Pick one size for the whole row

Matching panels look sharper and hang faster. Choose one stock size for every sponsor: 3×6, 3×8, 4×8, 5×10, 5×12, 5×15, or 5×20 ft. Need a size to fit a specific fence section? We make any custom size. Email sales@schoolsignsfast.com for pricing.

Leave the year off

Evergreen sponsor art can hang again when the sponsor renews. Put the season on something you replace, not on every panel.

Collect logos early

Ask every sponsor for a vector logo (PDF, AI, or EPS). A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. Screenshots don't. Sponsor without finished art? Design help is $9.99, credited toward your order. Upload artwork when it's ready.

Add a sponsor mid-season

There's no minimum on banners, so one new panel in the matching size is fine. Your booster club banners stay consistent even as the row grows.

Mesh or vinyl, and how sponsor banners hang

Choose mesh fence banners for open, windy fences. Air passes through, so the banner and the fence take less strain. Choose vinyl for sheltered fences and gym walls, where you want the richest color.

Every banner comes with reinforced hems and metal grommets, about 3/8" holes, in all 4 corners and about every 24–36" along the edges. The corners are reinforced with internal polyester webbing to handle a full season on the fence. Tie off every grommet, and get facilities approval before you hang.
