By using School Signs Fast or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom printing

School Signs Fast sells custom printed signs and banners. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, production specifications, and usable artwork.

Artwork rights

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, mascots, or other content, you represent that you have the right and permission to reproduce that material. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

Proof approval

When a proof is provided, production may begin after approval. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, dimensions, layout, and other content before approval.

Printing tolerances

Commercial printing can include minor variations in color, placement, finishing, trimming, and material characteristics. Screen colors are not guaranteed to match printed colors exactly.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Same-Day Production / Free 3-Day Shipping. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Returns and refunds

Because products are custom made, School Signs Fast does not accept returns. If we make a production mistake or your order arrives damaged, we fix it and ship new signs. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices, products, materials, specifications, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors before an order enters production.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, School Signs Fast is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, customer-supplied content, missed events caused by carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the website will apply from its effective posting date.
