Return & Refund Policy

Every School Signs Fast order is custom printed for your school, team, or event, so we don't accept returns.

Our promise is simple: if there's a problem with your order, we fix it and ship new signs.

REPORTING A PROBLEM

Email sales@schoolsignsfast.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos. For shipping damage, contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and keep the product and packaging until we've resolved it.

WHAT WE FIX

We reprint and ship new signs at no charge when:

• We produced the wrong size, material, quantity, or product.
• The order has a printing or manufacturing defect.
• The order arrived damaged in shipping.
• The shipment is confirmed lost in transit.

Please don't ship anything back. We don't need the original signs returned.

WHAT WE CAN'T FIX AT NO CHARGE

• Size, quantity, material, or options selected by the customer.
• Spelling, dates, logos, or other content in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.
• Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied or approved by the customer.
• Changes requested after production has started.
• Change of mind or event cancellation.
• Damage after delivery, including installation, modification, misuse, accidents, severe weather, or normal wear.
• Minor color, trim, or placement variation within normal commercial printing tolerances. Screen colors can differ from print.

ARTWORK AND PROOF APPROVAL

Please review your artwork and any proof carefully. Approval confirms that the design, spelling, dates, logos, size, and layout are ready to print. If the finished product differs from the approved artwork because of our production error, we fix it and ship new signs.

CANCELLATIONS

Same-Day Production / Free 3-Day Shipping Production moves fast, so an order can be cancelled only before production begins. Contact us right away. Orders cancelled before production begins are refunded to the original payment method. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled.
