What's available
Choose 13 oz vinyl for everyday banners, with 15 oz and 18 oz upgrades on our school vinyl banner. Double-sided printing is available on 18 oz vinyl. Reinforced hems and metal grommets provide attachment points, but ties and bungees are not included. 13 oz Vinyl: typically 1–3 years outdoors. 15 oz Vinyl: typically 2–4 years. 18 oz Vinyl: typically 3–5+ years. Mesh Vinyl: typically 2–4 years. Lifespan depends on sun, wind, weather, and installation.
Sizes for school spaces
Standard online sizes are 3 × 6, 3 × 8, 4 × 8, 5 × 10, 5 × 12, 5 × 15 and 5 × 20 ft. A smaller banner can welcome families near an entrance; longer pieces can fill an approved gym wall or perimeter. Ask sales@schoolsignsfast.com about a custom size. Measure the clear mounting area, not the dimensions of the entire wall or fence.
Where schools display vinyl banners
Print team and booster-club recognition, fundraiser dates, front-office announcements, championships and campus welcome messages. Choose an approved mounting point that will not block exits, fire equipment, bleachers, railings or pedestrian routes. For exposed chain-link, compare the school mesh product and seek the facilities team's installation approval.
Get the artwork right
PDF is preferred, with AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and TIF also accepted. Use a clear school mascot file rather than an enlarged screenshot, proof dates and names, and preserve space around grommets. Monitor colors do not exactly predict printed colors, so review the proof before production.

- Complete checkout by credit card for standard online products. Purchase orders and net-30 billing are not accepted.
- Use the Upload Artwork instructions to send your print-ready file, then approve the proof before production begins.
