What's included
Our retractable school banner includes the graphic, support stand hardware and a travel case. Its standard vertical graphic is approximately 33 inches by 81 inches. This is a single freestanding retractable display, not a large pop-up trade-show backdrop.
Best places to use it
Place a retractable school display next to registration, parent-night check-in, open-house tours, booster-club tables, fairs, school banquets and award ceremonies. It works best indoors or in sheltered areas, away from the wind and locations where it could obstruct traffic.
Design vertically
Put the school mascot or event title near eye level, with one easy-to-read instruction such as CHECK IN HERE or VISIT THE PTA TABLE. Avoid tiny paragraphs and keep important text well above the stand's base housing. A horizontal flyer scaled into a tall display will not automatically remain readable.
Set up and pack away
Position the base on a level surface, connect the support pole, pull the graphic up smoothly and secure it as the product directs. Retract it slowly and return the stand to its travel case between events. Facilities staff should approve its location.

- Use the Upload Artwork instructions to send your print-ready file, then approve the proof before production begins.
