Hardware is the starting point
Pole banners hang from bracket arms. Our vinyl banners come hemmed with grommets; we don't make pole pockets or sell bracket hardware. Send us your pole-system specs before ordering so we can confirm the banner will fit.
Measure safely
Record required printed width and height, distance between bracket points and clearance from vehicles and pedestrians. Campus facilities should confirm pole ownership, permitted loads, installation access and any authorization needed for lighting or utility poles. Never attach a display without approval.
Prepare the print files
Use a print-ready PDF or supported image format and leave a safe margin around the design. Label the file for each pole location or student. If a banner must read from both directions, choose 18 oz double-sided vinyl.
