Pick the right location
Baseball and softball outfield fences, football and track perimeters, tennis courts, practice spaces and gate areas all have different viewing distances. Keep sponsor names readable from spectators' seats, and never block gates, signs, safe access or a coach's view of play.
Vinyl versus mesh
Mesh has small openings that let some air pass through and is the better choice for exposed chain-link fences; it is not windproof. A solid vinyl banner has a continuous print face and may suit a more sheltered, approved support. Have the facilities team or installer assess actual fence strength, fastening and local weather exposure.
Dimensions and finishing
Mesh stock sizes include 3 × 6, 3 × 8, 4 × 8, 5 × 10, 5 × 12, 5 × 15 and 5 × 20 ft. Grommets every two feet and welded edges are default selections, with alternatives available. Outdoor zip ties or bungees must be sourced separately and selected by the installer; adding more ties is not a substitute for a safe mounting plan.
Ordering sponsor sets
A booster-club fence might feature multiple businesses in matching panels. Label each sponsor artwork file clearly, then order the correct size and number of pieces. Keep logos away from edges and fastening points, and obtain permission to reproduce the sponsor marks.

- Use the Upload Artwork instructions to send your print-ready file, then approve the proof before production begins.

Production starts after you approve your proof, then your order ships. Free Shipping on All Orders. Delivery dates are carrier estimates, so order early and leave a buffer day before your event.
