A banner for the gym wall has different constraints from one beside the cafeteria. Standard vinyl options range from 3 × 6 to 5 × 20 ft. Measure the usable area and confirm campus mounting rules, especially around exits, corridors, railings and fire equipment.
Student-designed artwork is welcome
Art students and spirit committees can prepare the files, provided a school representative approves the final content and permissions to use mascot artwork. PDF is preferred; supported options also include AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and TIF. Proof sharpness, spelling and safe margins around hems.
Ordering and reuse
Pay by credit card, then follow the artwork upload process and approve the print proof. Evergreen mascot or school-name banners can be used at multiple rallies, while a date-specific event banner should be retired when it is no longer accurate. Keep separate files for different class or team versions.
