Choose the right stadium location

Another group banner near a designated photo area can give families a place to gather after the presentation. Count usable fence bays before choosing sizes, and measure around posts, gates and signs. Never cover exits, accessibility routes, wayfinding signs or emergency equipment. Ask school facilities to approve both the location and the hardware used to hang the banners.

Vinyl and mesh are not interchangeable

On open chain-link fences, mesh can reduce wind resistance because air flows through its openings, but it still loads the fence and requires sound mounting. Mesh banners are single-sided. Select material based on the actual display site, not simply the largest available size.

Prepare artwork for reliable printing

Use original digital photographs instead of compressed screenshots. Keep a little breathing room around the athlete so the photo crops well at the final banner shape. Vector school logos are preferable to tiny images copied from a website. Print-ready PDF files are recommended; supported alternatives include AI, EPS, PNG, JPG and TIF. Name files by student and number so a multi-banner order stays organized. Provide a matching roster or quantity checklist. Review proofs on a large screen, where you can spot soft photos, incorrect colors and misspelled names.

Build a realistic order timeline

Can we print a different photo for each player?

How early should a school order?

What happens after the ceremony?

The school decides whether banners stay through the season or are presented to graduating families. Remove them safely, allow damp banners to dry and store vinyl rolled rather than sharply folded.
