Schools print banners for district, regional and state championships, playoff qualifications, tournament appearances, team welcome-home events and halls of fame. Do not call a title official until the result is confirmed by the relevant athletic organization.

Choose a location and material

A vinyl banner can recognize a title on an approved gym wall or in the lobby, while some outdoor celebrations call for an approved fence display. Vinyl weights are 13, 15 and 18 oz, with double-sided 18 oz available. Compare mesh for exposed fence locations and let the school approve attachment methods.

Proof the championship details

Confirm the formal competition name, year, class or division, the school mascot, correct roster and any sponsor marks. High-resolution team photography is helpful, but small photos and text may disappear at a distance. Have the athletic department approve the proof before production.

Order for the ceremony
